Recording facial proportions carefully

For our next discussion, I chose the idea that every facial outline has one unambiguous label. What interests me is the boundary between neighboring categories rather than a list of familiar names. A useful example would show why two observers might describe the same outline in different ways. The group could describe the visible proportions first and leave the category until the end. A single agreed image would let us focus on category boundaries rather than inconsistent photographs. Which question would best reveal whether the proposed categories allow reasonable disagreement?
