Applying palette ideas to a real project
Applying palette ideas to a real project
We are recording some internal lessons at the office. The company backdrop is a fairly strong teal. I can choose my clothes, but replacing the background is outside my part of the project. I own a cream shirt, a navy shirt, and a muted red one. Using something I already own would be my first choice. The room, microphone position, and lighting will stay the same throughout the course. I can make these comparison clips before the scheduled recording day, so there is time to adjust my choice without delaying anyone. I found a personal color analysis page while looking for language to describe the differences. I am unsure how much a personal palette tells me about this particular setup. Could three brief recordings under unchanged lighting give a useful comparison? A colleague could check whether each shirt remains distinct from the wall. What should I evaluate separately when judging how my face looks?
